For the health and safety of all our customers, all sales at Apothecary Originals are final. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once products have been shipped.
Quality Commitment
Each Apothecary Originals product is carefully formulated with quality ingredients and inspected before shipping to ensure you receive items in perfect condition.
Limited Exceptions
- Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please email apothecaryoriginals@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
